Emily made my first time home buying experience easy. She was very resourceful and was able to either explain all of my questions on the spot or she got back to me with a correct answer. She always tailored houses to my specific needs and was quick to point out when a house didn't meet my needs or had a less than ideal situation. She was responsive and prompt; often we could see a house the day after I requested to look at it.
